We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are proud to offer a 30 day window in which you can return your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and with its original packaging. This includes any plastic wrap and papers. The conditions for ineligible & non-returnable items are listed below.

How to make a return

To start a return, contact us at, or fill out the "Contact Us" form and select "Returns" in the inquiry window. Provide your order number and make sure that your purchase is still unused and in its original packaging. 

Once we receive your inquiry, we may ask for pictures and/or videos of the watch to ensure it meets our specifications. If we accept your return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT BE ACCEPTED. We do not pay for return shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our facility. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and finalize the refund. If your order is not approved, we will send your order back to the original shipping address.

NON-returnable items

Reasons for return ineligibility include but are not limited to: wearing the watch and wrinkling the leather, scratching the case of the watch, and taking the plastic seal off the crown. These all constitute 'using' the watch, and these orders are ineligible for a refund. Essentially, we cannot accept returns when the item has been altered in any way by the consumer. Refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion. Emailing our support team is the most efficient way to know if you are eligible for a refund. 

Furthermore, there are other certain circumstances where we cannot accept a return. All purchases made through our ambassador program are ineligible for returns. We also cannot accept returns for products that are marked "final sale." Lastly, we cannot accept returns for products purchased outside of our website (for example, eBay or Amazon). We have third parties who distribute OLYMPIA products in addition to us. Please contact the third party vendor for a refund.

We reserve the right to dismiss requests for refunds based on any of the aforementioned premises. 


The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product. If you purchase an item during a sale, we will honor the sale price if you wish to purchase a different variant of the same product. 

Non-returnable items are exchangeable depending on the circumstance. Please contact us to discuss exchanges. 

What if i received a WRONG/damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
