Please email us at support@olympiawatch.com to inquire about purchasing large quantities of our watches at wholesale prices. While we generally like to keep distribution exclusively to us, expanding the OLYMPIA brand is one of our top priorities.
We ship worldwide! While we only offer free shipping within the United States, we have relatively inexpensive shipping fees around the world.
Please contact our support if you would like to exchange your unused, still new watch for another one of equal value.
Watch specifications
Yes. Although our watches already come with genuine leather straps, we understand some people may want to put a different strap on. The straps on OLYMPIA watches are attached with a spring bar; simply pull the spring bar back and replace the strap.
On all our products, we offer a 12 month warranty protecting your watch from all internal malfunctions and damages. We do not replace or repair products that have been solely damaged by the consumer (for instance, do not throw your watch against a wall, or submerge your watch underwater).
We offer a repair service for all OLYMPIA watches, but they are unfortunately not free of charge without the warranty. If you are interested in having us repair a watch, please email our support team so we can get back to you with our rates.
We use two different movements; the first is a Japanese Seiko-Hattori quartz movement that we use inside the Bellevue & Claremont collections; the second is an industry standard Chinese quartz movement that is used in the more affordable Milano collection.
We are currently working on creating a line of automatic watches that would feature Seiko NH15 or NH35 automatic movements. Additionally, within two months we will release a collection with Swiss movements.
Yes. Quartz watches by definition are powered by batteries that can be replaced. Every two to three years, you'll need to replace the battery. You can take your watch to a local jeweler to have them replace the battery to little to nothing.
If you would like to replace the battery yourself, you'll need to 'pop' the caseback off to see the movement. Replace the cell battery with a new one, and pop the caseback back in.
